Refund Policy

1. Overview

Payments on yumyard.shop are processed by Paddle (Merchant of Record). This policy aligns our refund practices with Paddle’s Buyer Terms, including the mandatory 14-day consumer cancellation right applicable to all purchases.

2. Consumer Right to Cancel (14 Days)

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that provides a right to cancel, you may cancel your agreement and receive a full refund within 14 days from the day after the transaction is completed, without giving any reason.

To meet the deadline, you only need to send your cancellation request before the 14-day period expires. This right applies to all digital purchases, without exception.

Notify YumYard.shop’s Buyer Support team at admin@yumyard.shop. For the fastest processing, please use the yumyard contact form. You may also send a clear and unambiguous statement through other available channels.

Effect of cancellation

If you cancel within the 14-day period, all payments we received from you will be reimbursed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after YumYard is informed of your decision. Refunds are processed using the same payment method you used, with no fees.

3. YumYard Refund Policy (after the 14-day period)

Outside of the statutory 14-day cancellation window, you may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• Credits (points) were not delivered to your account after a successful payment.
• You could not access purchased digital content due to an issue on our side.
• A clear technical problem prevented delivery or use, and we cannot resolve it in a reasonable time.

4. When Refunds Are Not Available (after 14 days)

• Change of mind after the 14-day period has expired.
• Credits already used.
• Misunderstanding of how Credits/packages work when clearly described.
• Late requests after significant use of the account or Credits.

Note: These limitations apply only after the mandatory Paddle 14-day cancellation period.

5. How to Request a Refund

Contact us at admin@yumyard.shop with your full name, purchase email, order number/transaction ID, and a brief description of the issue. We may coordinate with Paddle to process the refund where appropriate.

6. Processing Time

If approved, refunds typically appear in 3–10 business days depending on your payment method and bank; some cases may take longer.

7. YumYard Discretion & Anti-Abuse

Refunds outside the 14-day statutory cancellation period are provided at YumYard’s discretion and may be refused if there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or manipulative behavior. This does not affect your statutory rights.

8. Payment by Wire Transfer

You must supply correct payment details (unique bank transfer reference, VAT/tax code, order info) to avoid delays. Orders paid via wire transfer are not covered by the Consumer Credit Act and may have limited refund eligibility. For transactions above $/£/€100 (including applicable sales tax), YumYard may, at its discretion, issue a refund when legally permissible.

9. Indirect Sales Tax Refunds

If you were charged sales tax (VAT/GST/consumption tax) and are registered for that tax in the country of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund of the tax amount, where permitted by law. You must contact us within 60 days of the purchase and provide a valid tax ID.

10. Subscriptions

Yumyard.shop does not offer subscriptions. All purchases operate on a point-based system.

11. Abuse of the Refund Policy

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests from users who repeatedly request refunds after extensive use, attempt to abuse the policy, or violate our Terms of Service.

12. Legal Rights

This Refund Policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
